Job summary

Service Stream Limited is seeking a General Manager – Performance and Optimisation to lead strategic execution and translate vision into measurable outcomes across the Telecommunications division. Based in Melbourne, Chatswood or Fortitude Valley, you will partner with the SLT to drive productivity, risk management and value creation.

You will build KPI frameworks, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and develop governance to monitor milestones.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, operations, analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience improving organisational or operational performance in a complex operating environment.
• Experience establishing and managing KPIs, performance frameworks and reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic execution and performance delivery across the organisation.
• Support growth and operational performance via cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead operational optimisation to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Develop reporting, KPI visibility and insight to drive decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement programs with governance and metrics.
• Provide governance and monthly updates to senior and executive leadership.
