Job summary

Service Stream in Melbourne is seeking a General Manager - Performance and Optimisation to lead initiatives that boost productivity, customer outcomes and financial performance within our Telecommunications division.

Based with a primary office base in Melbourne, Chatswood or Fortitude Valley, you will translate strategy into measurable outcomes, establish governance, and report monthly to the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, operations, analytics or related discipline.
• Experience improving performance in a complex operating environment.
• Experience defining KPIs and reporting frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution to drive performance and deliver outcomes.
• Support growth and operational performance with leadership.
• Lead operational optimisation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop data and insights for KPI visibility and risk management.
