Job summary

Loan Market Group (LMG) seeks a General Manager of Performance Marketing to build and optimise the lead engine for 1,000+ brokers. You will balance data science with commercial strategy, directing strategy, budget and tech across multi-channel acquisition to drive scalable, high-quality leads and loan settlement growth.

You will own funnel architecture, analytics, and a high-performing team, leveraging AI tools and predictive modelling to maximise ROI and broker productivity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading performance marketing or growth teams in high-growth settings.
• Experience in fintech, mortgage broking, banking, insurance, or marketplaces preferred.
• Strong analytics, attribution and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing strategy, budget allocation and tech stack.
• Build multi-channel acquisition infrastructure to generate high-intent leads and maximize settled loans.
• Lead a team of up to 5 across performance media, search, CRO and data analytics.
• Develop real-time dashboards and predictive models to forecast volumes and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align targets and drive revenue growth.
