Job summary

Loan Market Group (LMG) seeks a digital marketing onboarding specialist to set brokers up for success by guiding them through AI-enabled platforms and driving local market growth. You will deliver a 5-star onboarding experience for brokers joining LMG or switching service plans, ensuring they have the right tools and playbooks for ongoing client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).
• Degree in Marketing or similar.
• Experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce).
• Experience building AI-driven workflows for marketing execution.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Lead end-to-end marketing onboarding for brokers, acting as the primary contact for 12 weeks to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Platform utilisation: Set up marketing platforms (websites, Google Business Profiles, database marketing, reviews) and coach brokers on best practices.
• Network support: Assist Local Area Marketing Specialist with self-service toolkits and training programs for brokers' local marketing plans.
