Job summary

Alinta Energy is seeking a Head of Business Partnering, G&D and TPM to shape the strategic people agenda across Generation & Development and Trading & Portfolio Management. You will partner with two Executive Directors to translate business strategy into practical people plans for complex operations.

You will lead workforce planning, industrial and employee relations, organisational design and change, using data to guide executive decisions.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline; Head of level experience preferred.
Experience partnering with Executive/GMs in energy or complex industrial environments.
Strong expertise in industrial and employee relations and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Partner with G&D and TPM Exec Directors to deliver strategic people outcomes aligned with business priorities.
Provide commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle, including complex employee and industrial relations matters.
Lead workforce planning, organisational design and major change initiatives, including restructures and integrations.
Use qualitative and quantitative workforce data to identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights to leaders.
Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to deliver engagement, succession, leadership development and other strategic programs.
Lead, coach and develop your direct report while championing the P&C operating model and a consistent enterprise-wide service.
