Job summary

Monash Health is seeking a Head of People Communications to shape the employee experience across its 24,000-strong workforce. You will lead strategic internal communications, engagement programs and digital channels, partnering with HR and executive teams to foster culture, belonging and performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in employee/internal communications.
• Proven success delivering large-scale workforce engagement strategies.
• Experience partnering with HR, People and Culture or OD units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver employee communications and engagement strategies across Monash Health.
• Lead channels and digital platforms to connect a dispersed workforce.
• Partner with executives, HR and culture teams to align messaging with priorities.
• Establish measurement, insights and evaluation for continuous improvement.
