Monash Health is seeking a Senior Consultant, Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness to partner with leaders across clinical, operational and corporate settings to strengthen leadership capability and improve team effectiveness.

You'll work to shift managers from problem-solving to strategic people leaders, build accountability, and lead organisational health reviews, workforce changes and culture initiatives to drive sustainable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in organisational development, leadership capability and change
• Strong coaching, consulting and facilitation skills
• Experience working with senior leaders on complex organisational and people challenges
• Understanding of organisation design, operating models, culture and change enablement
• Ability to diagnose issues and identify interventions with meaningful impact
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Confidence to challenge constructively and hold leaders accountable
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Lead organisational health, culture and effectiveness reviews
• Support leaders through workforce, structural and operating model changes
• Design and deliver targeted leadership and organisational effectiveness interventions
• Translate workforce, culture and organisational insights into action
• Develop frameworks, tools and resources that strengthen leadership practice and decision-making
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Safety & Wellbeing and People & Culture teams to support sustainable organisational outcomes
