Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) in Melbourne seeks a Group Manager – Organisational Development to lead our enterprise OD strategy, leadership, talent, capability, diversity and culture. You’ll lead a high-performing OD team and work across leadership development, succession and inclusion.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager People & Culture, you will translate business priorities into practical people plans, diagnose capability gaps and design scalable solutions that improve

• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering experience.
• Broad expertise across leadership development, talent and succession, organisational design, culture and change.
• Experience diagnosing organisational challenges and translating them into practical solutions.
• Delivery-focused mindset, able to operate across strategy and hands-on execution.

• Play a significant enterprise-wide leadership role, shaping and leading AEMO’s enterprise Organisational Development strategy and culture.
• Lead enterprise approaches across leadership development, talent and succession, learning and capability, diversity and inclusion.
• Partner with executives to diagnose challenges, identify capability gaps and deliver solutions that improve effectiveness.
• Drive organisational transformation and strategic workforce planning, evolving ways of working and AI adoption.
