Job summary

Goodbyes is seeking a General Manager to run the business day to day and lead us into the next chapter. You will own the P&L, lead the leadership team and Store Managers, and connect strategy to execution across every location.

Based in Melbourne with interstate travel, this senior role requires 5+ years in national or multi-site retail or service-led environments, a track record of commercial results, and a passion for fashion and resale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior leadership in a national or multi-site retail or service-led business.
• Track record of commercial results in growing environments.
• Experience building people infrastructure and systems at scale.
• Confidence using data and technology to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance and the operating rhythm.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across office and stores, and own hiring, onboarding, training and development.
• Hold consistent standards across customer experience, supply and store execution.
• Own, co-design and embed tools, systems and standards across the business.
• Lead the operational delivery of new store openings.
