Brand Collective is seeking an experienced General Manager – Retail Operations to steer strategic direction, commercial performance and growth across a 12-brand portfolio including fashion, footwear and licensed brands. With 300+ stores across Australia and NZ, this is a flagship leadership role reporting to the COO and shaping strategy with Heads of Retail and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Evidence of leading large multi-brand retail operations.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and cost management experience.
• Ability to drive sales growth across a portfolio.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the group retail strategy, aligning objectives with brand plans and growth ambitions.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and financial performance across the portfolio.
• Shape and optimise the store network with new stores, relocations, refurbishments and rationalisation.
• Lead Retail and Retail Operations, driving operational excellence and consistency.
• Elevate the customer experience across brands to reflect positioning and journey.
• Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team with accountability.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence priorities and deliver sustainable outcomes.
