Brennan seeks a Head of Network Operations to lead the delivery of Managed Network Services for clients with Managed Services agreements. You will manage networks including firewalls, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi and SD-WAN, oversee escalation handling, and drive continuous improvement across delivery models and fleet environments.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years' experience in operational ICT managed services.
• Minimum 7 years' people leadership experience.
• Strong ability to create an inspiring vision and drive a 'can do' culture.
• Proven capability in service delivery for network services (WAN, security, LAN).
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of contact for network-related service delivery issues across WAN, security and LAN.
• Hold profit and loss responsibility for the Network business.
• Directly manage Core team and specialist roles within Managed Operations.
• Drive operational efficiencies, automate processes and improve observability.
• Review service failures, perform root cause analyses and implement permanent fixes.
