Job summary

Brennan is seeking a Head of Network Operations to lead the delivery of Managed Network Services across WAN, security and LAN. You will manage core and specialist teams, drive automation, and partner with Cyber Security to maintain strong network postures.

We value a proven track record in ICT managed services, outsourcing backgrounds, and a strategic, people-centric leadership style aimed at delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in operational ICT managed services, ideally within an outsourcing environment.
• Seven years' people leadership experience.
• Strong ability to create an inspiring vision and drive a can-do culture within teams.
• Proven track record in developing and presenting differentiated products, services and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact within Managed Operations for network-related service delivery issues across WAN, security and LAN services.
• Hold profit and loss responsibility for the Network business.
• Directly manage the Core team and specialist roles.
• Drive operational efficiencies to improve customer satisfaction, security and cost optimisation, with a focus on automation and observability.
• Ensure reliability and credibility of all Managed Network Services by reviewing failures, root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Support lifecycle management, capacity management and clear engineering standards for the Brennan Core.
