Job summary

Brennan is seeking a Service Architect to design enterprise managed services for major customers, translating complex requirements into practical, costed service solutions. You will lead bids, engage customer executives, and drive delivery from presales through transition to steady-state.

The role covers Service Desk, EUC, Cloud, Network and Security, with a focus on scalable service models and commercial viability. An emphasis on AI and automation will improve outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Managed Services or outsourcing.
• Experience designing and leading solutions for large, multi-year managed services bids.
• Broad knowledge across Service Desk, EUC, Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Security.
• Experience taking solutions from presales through transition into delivery.

The role:
Design enterprise managed services for Brennan’s key customers, turning complex requirements into clear, costed and deliverable service solutions.

Lead the solution through major bids and into transition, shaping services across Service Desk, EUC, Cloud, Network & Security while ensuring what we sell, is what we deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise service design: Translate complex customer requirements into clear, costed and deliverable managed service solutions.
• Enterprise bid leadership: Lead the solution response for major managed services bids, bringing together the service model, solution narrative, cost model and delivery assurance.
• Customer engagement: Work directly with customer executives, architects and procurement teams, to understand their needs and confidently articulate the Brennan service model.
• Solution through to delivery: Carry the service design from presales through transition, ensuring what is sold is practical, commercially sound and delivered as designed.
• Service development: Shape Brennan’s Enterprise Services proposition, turning repeatable customer requirements into reusable service models, catalogue items, cost frameworks and bid content.
• AI & automation: Identify where AI, automation and modern tooling can improve service delivery, customer outcomes and the underlying cost model.

Skills & Experience You Will Bring:

• Strong Service or Solution Architecture experience within IT Managed Services or outsourcing, with significant experience supporting complex enterprise opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience designing and leading solutions for large, multi-year managed services bids, ideally including contracts of $1m+ annual value.
• Broad managed services knowledge across Service Desk, EUC, Cloud, Infrastructure, Network and Security Operations, with the ability to bring these into an integrated service model.
• Strong commercial capability, with experience building service effort, resource and cost models and clearly explaining the assumptions behind them.
• Experience taking solutions from presales through transition into steady-state delivery, ensuring the solution remains practical and deliverable.
