Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is seeking a strategic, senior leader to drive integrated marketing, communications and member engagement across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape the enterprise engagement model and elevate member experiences.

The role reports to the Executive General Manager, Member Experience & Value, and focuses on delivering measurable engagement and value while collaborating across brand, content and channel

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in marketing/communications or related functions.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated engagement strategies.
• Ability to use customer insights, data and metrics for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing, communications and member engagement.
• Oversee brand governance and reputation across internal and external channels.
• Manage channels and content strategy for digital and traditional touchpoints.
• Drive personalised engagement and lifecycle communications based on insights.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns with data-driven optimization.
• Collaborate across the College to deliver coordinated engagement initiatives.
