Job summary

Moriah College’s High School seeks an innovative academic leader to drive learning excellence and innovation across Years 7–12. You will translate priorities into classroom practice, working with the Head of Learning and Teaching and Head of Digital Learning to harness AI, digital learning and emerging technologies while maintaining rigorous thinking and integrity.

Demonstrated leadership in raising academic standards and improving student outcomes.
Strong expertise in contemporary pedagogy, assessment, feedback and school improvement.
Experience leading innovative, evidence-informed teaching and learning practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the Head of Digital Learning to drive technological innovation and AI literacy.
Raise academic standards across Years 7–12 through evidence-informed cycles.
Analyse data to identify improvement priorities and drive growth.
Design professional learning, instructional coaching and mentoring initiatives.
