Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to Islamic values and the mission and ethos of Playford College.
• Outstanding knowledge of curriculum development, assessment and reporting.
• Strong understanding of current educational practice as it relates to student learning and achievement.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing whole school teaching and learning initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring, coaching and developing professional learning opportunities for staff.
• Highly developed decision-making skills with strategic, creative, analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, reporting and professional learning across the College.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team, Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Primary and Head of Secondary to lead teaching and learning practices.
• Foster a culture of educational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across the College.
