HWL Ebsworth Lawyers Pty Ltd is seeking a Legal Intelligence Lead to shape how knowledge is delivered and scaled across the firm. The role sits at the intersection of law, technology and AI, offering genuine ownership of a core component of the firm’s knowledge strategy.

You will develop scalable knowledge management approaches, oversight of research services, information governance and AI-ready knowledge assets for use by lawyers nationwide, with preference for Melbourne or Sydney, reporting to

Qualifications

Experience in knowledge management, legal operations, legal innovation, legal technology or legal research.
Ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical solutions.
Interest in information governance and AI-enabled knowledge initiatives.

Responsabilités

Deliver components of the Knowledge & Technology Strategy.
Govern and improve precedents, templates and know-how across practice areas.
Capture, curate and govern legal knowledge across groups.
Oversee legal research services, subscriptions and resources.
Manage intranet, knowledge repositories and document standards.
Train lawyers in knowledge systems and tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve knowledge sharing and usability.
Partner with Digital Intelligence to support AI-enabled initiatives and governance.
