Job summary

Datacom is seeking a General Manager - Propositions to shape the IT Outsourcing strategy and drive the development of market-ready propositions across Datacom’s business. You will oversee the design, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives, collaborate with sales and customer success, and ensure our propositions align with growth and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Market research and analysis: ability to conduct market research and analyse data to identify customer needs, market trends, and gaps for ITO
• Understanding of Product/Proposition frameworks and concepts
• Strong strategic background with the ability to grasp the big picture
• Proven experience in developing and launching successful customer-led propositions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Owning the development and implementation of strategy for IT Outsourcing (ITO) aligned with Datacom strategy
• Lead development and launch of new products and propositions
• Collaborate with senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives
• Plan budgets, manage expenses, and drive methods improvements
• Support Sales, Presales and Technical teams to grow Datacom’s business and customer value
• Manage external agencies and suppliers and ensure contracts meet strategic aims
