Job summary

Datacom in Australia is seeking a General Manager - Propositions to lead strategy and the development of IT Outsourcing propositions aligned with the Datacom roadmap. You will own the proposition portfolio and drive new product launches in partnership with sales, customer success and cross-functional teams.

You'll oversee budgeting, planning, and governance, shaping market-facing value propositions, conducting market research, and ensuring financial sustainability while building high-performing

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct market research and analyse data to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Understanding of product/proposition frameworks and lifecycle management.
• Experience leading propositions from concept to market launch.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities
