Microflite Group is a leading aviation group based in Melbourne, seeking an experienced ICT Systems and Security Manager to lead the ICT function, strengthen cyber security and support a diverse set of aviation businesses.

You will manage infrastructure, cloud services and security controls while delivering projects to improve reliability, integration and service delivery across the group.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on ICT leadership across infrastructure and security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Defender.
• Experience delivering ICT projects including migrations and upgrades.
• Ability to assess and improve reliability, security and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the ICT team and ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and implement significant system changes.
• Set technical direction for infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and telecommunications.
• Review and improve the technology environment to simplify and standardize systems.
• Lead ICT projects from requirements through delivery and handover.
• Manage cyber security risks and security controls implementation and effectiveness.
• Prepare ICT for service disruptions with backup, recovery, and response plans.
• Maintain ICT governance documentation and drive improvement actions.
• Manage suppliers, investments and expenditure to deliver value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology priorities with operations.
