Job summary

Babcock Australasia is seeking an ICT and Cyber Security Manager to lead a high-performing team delivering the Network and Security stream across defence-focused projects in Adelaide. You will steer complex engineering investigations, integration and testing while ensuring governance and processes align with corporate policy.

The role requires extensive engineering leadership and deep ICT/cyber security knowledge, with ability to mentor staff and engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in relatable technical/engineering roles.
• Experience managing engineering function and/or technical delivery.
• Deep knowledge of ICT and cyber security principles.
• Familiarity with ILS, RAM, Safety and E3 processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering the Network and Security stream across projects.
• Guide complex technical investigations, systems engineering, integration and testing.
• Ensure engineering processes, tools and governance align with company policies.
• Support business development and act as technical authority when delegated.
