Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport seeks an Associate Director, Fleet and Commercial in Sydney to lead accommodation strategies, oversee leased premises management and provide expert fleet advice. You will collaborate with Property NSW and key agencies to deliver value-for-money workplace and fleet solutions, while ensuring governance and compliance.

• Extensive experience in accommodation and facilities management or fleet management.
• Strong commercial acumen with contracts, budgets and suppliers experience.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and government policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to balance strategy with operational governance and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of accommodation and workplace strategies.
• Partner with Property NSW and stakeholders to secure metropolitan and regional accommodation.
• Oversee commercial management of leased premises, budgets, compliance and reporting.
• Provide strategic leadership on motor vehicle fleet management and related policies.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for value for money.
• Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and governance.
