imei is seeking an experienced Head of Finance in Sydney to lead the finance function and partner with senior leaders. You will own financial operations, drive accuracy and timeliness of reporting, and steer profitability, cash flow and strategic growth.
The role emphasizes automation, system improvements and strong governance across the finance function. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and compliance, while mentoring a growing Finance team and influencing business decisions
Formación
- Qualified accountant with strong leadership in commercial finance.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Experience delivering board-level financial reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Lead day-to-day financial operations and improve processes.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
- Oversee AR/AP and payroll functions.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting for execs/board.
- Coordinate annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Develop KPIs and provide commercial insights for decision making.
- Drive automation and AI initiatives to enhance finance operations.
- Develop and mentor the Finance team.
