Job summary

Service Stream Limited is seeking a Head of Operational Transformation to lead strategic improvement initiatives across our field services operations. This role focuses on delivering value through operational excellence, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled transformation, reporting to senior leaders and engaging key client stakeholders.

You will build business cases, drive large-scale programs, and create dashboards to track benefits and outcomes, with a strong emphasis on profitability,

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure, field services, or similar complex environments.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation and performance initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial modelling, and business case development capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic improvement initiatives across a large-scale field services environment.
• Build robust business cases supported by financial modelling, quantified benefits, and clear implementation pathways.
• Drive operational excellence through productivity improvement, cost optimisation, quality enhancement, and customer experience uplift.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs from concept through to benefit realisation.
• Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies to improve operational performance and decision-making.
• Create executive dashboards and real-time reporting that provide meaningful business insights.
• Partner closely with senior leaders and clients to align priorities, secure buy-in, and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
