Job summary

Confidential Super Fund seeks an accomplished Head of Enterprise Data & AI to define and execute a multi-year strategy, partnering with the CTO and executives to deliver trusted insights and measurable outcomes.

You will lead data governance, modern data platforms and responsible AI across a regulated financial services environment, building a high-performing team and driving data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience across enterprise data, analytics and AI.
• Proven success developing and executing enterprise data strategies and roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in data governance, data management, analytics and BI.
• Strong understanding of cloud data ecosystems and AI technologies.
• Experience operating in regulated environments with governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise Data & AI strategy and roadmap.
• Lead development of modern data, analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.
• Set enterprise-wide standards for reporting, analytics and trusted insights.
• Partner with executives to turn priorities into impactful reporting and AI initiatives.
• Establish robust data governance practices including quality, ownership, privacy and ethics.
• Oversee data architecture, platforms, engineering, reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Drive responsible AI adoption through governance and delivery frameworks.
