Job summary

Wotton Kearney is seeking a Director of Data & AI in Sydney to lead enterprise data strategy, governance and AI-enabled decision-making. You will shape the transformation roadmap across technology, strategy and operations and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable value for clients and the firm.

You'll build capability across data engineering, analytics and AI, drive responsible AI practices, and align platforms with business needs while engaging with stakeholders at the executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior data/AI leadership, preferably in professional services or regulated environments.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide data/AI strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading complex data/tech transformation programs at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver WK’s data and AI strategy and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Lead evolution of data ecosystem, governance, architecture and AI platforms.
• Partner with legal, technology and client teams to embed data/AI into services.
• Develop multidisciplinary teams and build data literacy across the firm.
