The Lottery Corporation is seeking a Head of Enterprise AI to build our AI platform and governance framework for enterprise-scale use. You’ll create the control plane, architecture and policies that make responsible AI practical and scalable.

You’ll lead a specialist team across Architecture, Engineering, Security and Risk, balancing capability, cost and risk to deliver real-world AI capabilities for the business in Australia.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience across AI, architecture or platform engineering.
• Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale technology platforms.
• Production experience with Generative AI, LLMs and agentic architectures.
• Deep knowledge of AI platforms, control planes and model lifecycle.
• Strong cloud, API, identity and distributed systems architecture expertise.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability and production monitoring.
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance and technical controls.
• Experience making complex build, buy and partner decisions.
• The judgement to balance capability, security, cost and speed.
• The curiosity to know what's genuinely changing at the AI frontier, and what's just noise.

• Build and evolve our Enterprise AI Platform and Control Plane.
• Shape our AI architecture and technology roadmap.
• Establish governance for models, agents and AI-enabled solutions.
• Make build, buy and partner decisions across the AI ecosystem.
• Define secure patterns for enterprise knowledge and agent access.
• Build evaluation and observability into production AI.
• Make AI consumption, cost and performance visible.
• Turn governance requirements into practical technology controls.
• Track the frontier and separate meaningful shifts from hype.
• Build and lead a specialist Enterprise AI team.
