Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
The Lottery Corporation is seeking a Head of Enterprise AI to build our AI platform and governance framework for enterprise-scale use. You’ll create the control plane, architecture and policies that make responsible AI practical and scalable.
You’ll lead a specialist team across Architecture, Engineering, Security and Risk, balancing capability, cost and risk to deliver real-world AI capabilities for the business in Australia.
AI is moving really fast. Models can reason and agents can access enterprise knowledge, use tools and take actions. The challenge isn't whether to use AI, but how to introduce increasingly powerful capabilities safely, economically and at scale.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Head of Enterprise AI to build our Enterprise AI capability from the ground up, creating the platforms, architecture, governance and controls that make the responsible way to use AI also the easiest way.
This isn't an AI evangelist role and it's definitely not about running a collection of interesting pilots.
You'll build and lead the capability that enables AI to operate in the real world, owning our Enterprise AI Platform and Control Plane, AI governance, model and agent governance, evaluation and observability, secure knowledge access, platform operations and AI economics.
Every major technology decision needs to balance what AI can do, what it should do, what it costs and the risks created along the way. Your job is to turn those trade-offs into architecture, controls and technology that teams can actually use.
You'll build a highly specialised Enterprise AI team and work across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Group Technology, Risk, Privacy and the broader business to make AI practical at enterprise scale.
Not only will you receive an awesome candidate experience from our caring Talent team, but you'll get a genuine feel for who we are and what it's like to be part of our team.
The benefits of working with The Lottery Corporation are pretty good. Just to name a few:
We're committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive work environment. We encourage you to let us know if we can make any accommodations, so the process can be more user friendly for you.
We acknowledge and pay respect to the traditional custodians of the lands on which our offices, retail outlets and venues operate. We acknowledge the inextricable link First Peoples of Australia have with the land past and present.
Your online safety is important to us. We'll never request payment or credit card details from you to apply for a position. If you're uncertain whether a job ad is legitimate, verify via our website before providing any details.
