Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading employee experience, talent management, or workforce strategy initiatives in a large, complex organisation.
• Proven ability to develop employer branding, attraction, engagement and retention programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and consulting with senior leaders.
• Experience using workforce insights and data to develop evidence-based solutions and drive improvements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex programs of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of contemporary talent and employee experience strategies, programs and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide strategic leadership on employer branding, EVP, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, career development and workforce sustainability.
• Translate workforce insights and feedback into evidence-based initiatives that improve culture and experiences.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to drive integrated workforce strategies aligned to NSLHD priorities.
