Job summary

Hume Anglican Grammar seeks an accomplished Head of eLearning to lead the school’s technology-enabled learning across all campuses. The role includes managing a team of up to four eLearning coordinators, coordinating with IT and teaching staff, and serving as Canvas administrator.

You will drive innovative teaching practices, ensure integration of Synergetic, Canvas, Clever, Sentral and Teams, and align technology with the school’s philosophy and procedures.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in ICT or Education.
• Significant experience using technology to enhance student learning.
• Expert knowledge of learning management systems and data integration.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
• Interpersonal skills to support staff and motivate students.
• Ability to design professional learning materials for staff.
• Commitment to continuous professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to four eLearning coordinators.
• Coordinate eLearning initiatives across all campuses and align with ITOC.
• Oversee content, assets and resources for eLearning and the LMS.
• Act as Canvas administrator and ensure system updates and integrations.
