You will drive the digital growth strategy and deliver a world-class ecommerce experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive ecommerce leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or convenience sectors.
• Proven track record scaling multichannel ecommerce platforms and marketplace partnerships.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with expertise in CRO and omnichannel metrics.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster innovation.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the ecommerce strategy to deliver sustainable growth across owned channels and third-party marketplaces.
• Drive conversion, customer journey, and operational efficiency through data-driven insights and experimentation.
• Support the roadmap and capability uplift for growth across merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead digital transformation and foster cross-functional collaboration to embed capabilities.
• Champion personalisation, loyalty integration, and frictionless ordering to improve customer satisfaction.
