Angle Finance is seeking a Head of Distribution to lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies across states, ensuring engagement with brokers and customers. You will build and guide a high-performing state-based sales team, drive targets through the Sales Playbook, and manage key aggregator and broker relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-performing sales teams that consistently achieve sales targets.
• Comprehensive experience in sales and an established profile in the Asset Finance Industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and ensure high performance of BDMs within the owned region/state.
• Set individual BDM targets to achieve KPI's.
• Develop and implement state-based sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and business development areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners within region or state.
• Manage sales budgets and control expenses.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and adoption across the team.
• Own sales targets for the state and ensure each team member meets or exceeds sales quotas.
• Proactively collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation.
