Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking a Business Line Manager for the Digital Solutions Division to drive growth, foster customer partnerships and lead digital, automation and productivity initiatives across Australia. You will shape strategy, oversee commercial outcomes and collaborate with global teams to advance innovation.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage complex negotiations and deliver innovative solutions that align with our vision of safer, smarter and more connected mining.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of mining operations and productivity solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic mindset to drive growth and lead change.
• Entrepreneurial and customer-centric approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Engineering, Technology, Business or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term growth strategy of the Digital Solutions Division across Australia.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share and customer value.
• Build trusted customer partnerships through a consultative approach.
• Lead contract negotiations and deliver successful commercial outcomes.
• Develop quotations, proposals, forecasts and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Companies, global DSD and internal units.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
