Bendigo Bank is seeking a Senior Risk Leader to head the Line 2 risk function for the Digital division. You will partner with the executive team to translate the risk strategy into action, ensuring safe and sustainable digital growth.

You will lead strategic risk discussions, oversee governance, and communicate effectively with executives and the board while building a high-performing risk team in a dynamic, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking/financial services with a risk management focus.
• Expertise in second-line risk management and advisory to executives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and steer risk conversations at high levels.
• Strong executive communication and gravitas for board-level discussions.
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic risk leadership for the Digital division and executive teams.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, and governance in the Digital Division.
• Shape risk discussions and prepare formal risk commentary for Executives and the Board.
• Lead the Line 2 risk function for the Digital division and develop capabilities.
