Job summary

Tobin McClintock is seeking a Head of Delivery, Enterprise Software & Services to lead a global delivery function across regions. You will own delivery performance, services P&L and shape the strategy and capabilities for growth.

You will manage a distributed team of project managers, consultants and delivery leaders, driving governance, risk management and client outcomes with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior delivery leadership across enterprise software, SaaS, consulting or systems integration.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise programmes including ERP, data migration and complex engagements.
• Strong P&L ownership and commercial judgment.
• Experience leading distributed teams, including offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a distributed team of project managers, consultants and delivery leaders across several regions.
• Own services revenue, forecasting, utilisation, margin and capacity planning.
• Oversee complex enterprise technology programmes and managed services engagements, including governance, risk and escalations.
• Build best-practice delivery methodology, reporting and operating metrics.
• Partner with sales, customer success, product and engineering to drive customer outcomes and growth.
• Be the senior point of contact for enterprise customers on strategic programmes and critical issues.

The opportunity

• With services revenue scaling quickly, the business is appointing a Head of Delivery Services to lead a substantial, multi-region delivery function.
• Reporting into the executive team, you’ll own delivery performance and services P&L, and shape the strategy and capability needed for the next stage of growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead and scale a distributed team of project managers, consultants and delivery leaders across several regions
