Job summary

Tobin McClintock is seeking a Head of Delivery for Enterprise Software & Services to lead a global, multi-region delivery function and own the delivery P&L. You’ll scale a distributed team of project managers, consultants and delivery leaders, and partner with sales, product and engineering to drive outcomes.

The role combines executive influence, complex programmes across ERP and data migration, and a hands-on leadership style focused on developing people, governance, risk and client

Qualifications

• Senior delivery leadership in enterprise software, SaaS, consulting or systems integration.
• Track record delivering large-scale enterprise programmes across ERP, data migration or SI.
• Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial judgement.
• Experience leading distributed teams, including offshore delivery models.
• Credibility with executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on style with commitment to developing people.

• Lead and scale a distributed team of project managers, consultants and delivery leaders across several regions.
• Own services revenue, forecasting, utilisation, margin and capacity planning.
• Oversee complex enterprise technology programmes and managed services engagements, including governance, risk and escalations.
• Build best-practice delivery methodology, reporting and operating metrics.
• Partner with sales, customer success, product and engineering to drive customer outcomes and growth.
• Be the senior point of contact for enterprise customers on strategic programmes and critical issues.

The opportunity

• With services revenue scaling quickly, the business is appointing a Head of Delivery Services to lead a substantial, multi-region delivery function.
• Reporting into the executive team, you’ll own delivery performance and services P&L, and shape the strategy and capability needed for the next stage of growth.

What you’ll do
