We're entering an exciting phase in the evolution of our data capabilities and are looking for a Head of Data to take ownership of our data strategy, technology direction and team development.

This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business.

We need someone who understands how to build a successful data function, can engage confidently with senior leadership and knows how to translate data investment into tangible commercial outcomes.

Your Remit

You'll be responsible for establishing a clear vision for data and ensuring the right people, platforms and processes are in place to deliver it.

Key priorities will include:

• Defining and executing our enterprise data strategy and roadmap.
• Leading and developing teams across data engineering, analytics and associated capabilities.
• Driving improvements to our data platforms, architecture and overall technical maturity.
• Establishing effective data governance, quality and management practices.
• Working directly with executives to identify opportunities where data can improve business performance.
• Overseeing delivery of strategic data initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Supporting the adoption of advanced analytics, automation and AI where commercially appropriate.
• Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
