Job description

At LeavePlus, our purpose is simple but important, to support and protect the long-term wellbeing of construction workers and the vitality of the construction industry. Every day, we work to ensure workers receive the benefits and entitlements they deserve, and data led decision making guides our teams to make the best choices with the information modelled and insights produced by the Data and Insights team.

As Head of Data and Insights, you’ll lead our enterprise data, analytics and insights capability, transforming trusted data into intelligence that explains our transformation program decisions, influences strategy, and delivers measurable value. You’ll set the vision, strategy, governance and roadmap for data and analytics, building a capability that goes beyond reporting what happened to producing insights explaining why, anticipating what’s next and identifying where we can make the greatest impact.

Partnering across Product, Digital, Technology and the broader business, you’ll champion advanced analytics, modelling, automation and data products that deepen our understanding of the scheme and industry, improve outcomes for employers and workers, and provide trusted insight to leaders, executives and the Board.

This senior leadership role will be an opportunity to stride into a role with the mandate to elevate how data is used across LeavePlus and will lead the transformational data decision-making to shape the future of advanced analytics, modelling and responsible AI.
