Job summary

Westpac's Consumer Data, Digital & AI (DDAI) function seeks a Head of Intelligence, Consumer to turn data, analytics and decision-support into measurable customer and business outcomes across Everyday Banking, Home Lending, Consumer Finance and Retail Banking.

The role leads Consumer Data and Intelligence teams, aligning demand, prioritisation and end-to-end orchestration with Data, AI, Customer Engagement, Technology and Risk leaders to deliver predictive, action-oriented insights that drive

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading data, analytics, intelligence or decision-support in a large organisation.
Ability to translate business strategy into an executable analytics portfolio.
Experience leading senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.
Strong product and portfolio discipline with adoption and value tracking.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the Consumer Intelligence strategy, priorities and roadmap.
Lead Data and Intelligence teams across multiple business lines and partner with Data, AI and Risk leaders.
Translate priority business questions into reusable intelligence products and actions.
