Job summary

PX Resources is partnering with a growing Australian technology business to recruit a stand alone Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance. This role covers regulatory compliance, privacy, consumer protection, product governance and operational compliance, with broad ownership and senior stakeholder exposure.

Sydney-based, full-time or four-day arrangements available. The successful candidate will work across technology, telecommunications and digital platforms, driving practical compliance

Qualifications

• Experience across technology, telecommunications, digital platforms or another regulated environment.
• Commercially minded, proactive with good judgement.
• Enjoy getting involved in detail, building processes and working with the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve compliance frameworks, policies, controls and reporting.
• Manage regulatory obligations, compliance issues and emerging risks.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Mobile, Customer Experience and other teams.
• Support new products, partnerships and business initiatives from a compliance perspective.
• Work with external legal advisers while developing stronger internal compliance capability.
