Job summary

PX Resources Pty Ltd is partnering with a growing Australian technology business to recruit a stand alone Compliance Manager / Head of Compliance based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements. The role covers regulatory compliance, privacy, consumer protection, product governance and operational compliance.

You will own and evolve the compliance function, work with senior leadership, and shape how compliance is embedded across technology, telecommunications, and digital services.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology, telecommunications, or regulated environments.
• Commercially minded, proactive, good judgement.
• Ability to build processes and engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance compliance frameworks, policies, controls and reporting.
• Manage regulatory obligations, compliance issues and emerging risks.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Mobile, Customer Experience and other teams.
