Forensic Intervention Services (FIS) is a specialist program area within Corrections Victoria that delivers evidence-based screening, assessment and intervention services to support rehabilitation and contribute to community safety. FIS plays a critical role in reducing reoffending and enabling meaningful behaviour change for people in custody and the community.
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to manage Complex Interventions, a specialist clinical service area delivering interventions to people with complex needs. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly skilled workforce, drive service excellence and contribute to innovative approaches that improve rehabilitation outcomes across Victoria.
Demonstrated experience managing and monitoring complex frontline services is required. Tertiary qualifications in forensic studies, clinical practice, criminology or a related discipline are desirable.
The role requires travel to prisons.
