The Shire of Manjimup is seeking a motivated leader to manage the Works department, directing construction and maintenance for roads, drainage and related infrastructure. You will oversee staff, plant, workshop, stores and operations in line with council priorities.

The role requires strong leadership, WHS expertise, and experience in civil construction management, budgeting and safety training. Competitive salary and entitlements apply.

Qualifications

• Must have skills in planning and coordinating construction/maintenance of roads, footpaths, bridges and drainage systems.
• Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety systems, WA WHS Act 2020 and regulations.
