Job summary

SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) seeks a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the BI unit at SAAS Metro Headquarters in Adelaide. You will drive data insights for ambulance operations, performance reporting and strategic planning, overseeing dashboards and governance across BI systems.

Experience leading BI in complex health or government settings, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI/analytics in a large organisation.
• Proficiency with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities while delivering accurate insights.
• Experience working in health, emergency services, or government environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Intelligence Unit delivering data insights for ambulance operations and reporting.
• Oversee design, maintenance and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence.
• Drive data governance and ensure data quality across BI pipelines.
