NAB in Australia seeks a Head of Asset Allocation to lead strategic and tactical asset allocation across diversified portfolios and influence portfolio positioning and investment outcomes for advisers and clients.

You will be a trusted voice within Private Wealth & JBWere, contributing to key business priorities and serving on CIO Office investment committees while continuously improving how we serve our clients.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in asset allocation, portfolio construction and capital markets.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities across modelling and investment risk.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and market drivers.
• Proven leadership experience developing high-performing investment teams.
• Significant experience across portfolio management, research or investment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing team across strategic and tactical asset allocation across diversified portfolios.
• Develop capital market assumptions, benchmark frameworks and currency strategy.
• Drive macroeconomic research and portfolio construction decisions.
• Enhance portfolio modelling, analytics and investment infrastructure capabilities.
• Deliver market insights through adviser briefings, publications and client engagement.
