Senior Consultant, Portfolio Strategy at NAB in Canberra leads the Portfolio Optimisation effort to drive growth and better customer outcomes. You will translate customer and market insights into executable strategies, collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Finance and Operations, and present compelling cases to senior leaders.

The role focuses on delivering sustainable portfolio growth while meeting risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in portfolio management, cards, lending or commercial strategy.
• Experience in a strategy function managing portfolio performance or growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer insights into action.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior-level presentation skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Develop segment-based portfolio strategies to optimise customer mix, balances, yield and returns.
• Analyse portfolio performance, customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities to increase card usage, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Develop business cases and present insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Partner across the business to embed growth opportunities while meeting risk, regulatory and customer outcome requirements.
