Job summary

NAB is seeking a Senior Consultant, Portfolio Strategy to join the Portfolio Optimisation team in Australia. You will drive segment-based portfolio strategies and translate customer insights into actionable growth opportunities to enhance customer outcomes.

You will partner across Product, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations and Loyalty to deliver sustainable portfolio growth and ensure adherence to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant portfolio management experience.
• Experience in a strategy function and managing portfolio performance or growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen; translate customer insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop segment-based portfolio strategies to optimise customer mix, balances, yield and returns.
• Analyse portfolio performance, customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase card usage, customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Develop business cases and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Partner across the business to embed growth opportunities while meeting risk, regulatory and customer outcome requirements.
