Job summary

Solar Surge Australia is seeking a hands‑on Call Centre Manager & Trainer to own and optimize our appointment setting operation. This role demands accountability, conversion focus, and relentless drive to improve performance across the team.

You will train, coach, onboard new members, and lead daily management and coaching sessions. Expect direct impact on lead quality, script adherence, and high‑volume lead conversion to booked appointments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading call centres or appointment-setting teams.
• Track record of improving conversion rates and booked appointments.
• Experience training and onboarding new team members.
• Ability to coach, mentor and hold teams accountable for targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance of the appointment setting team.
• Train, coach and onboard new hires.
• Run daily/weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor calls using CRM and AI monitoring tools.
• Improve lead-to-booking conversion and hold the team to targets.
• Provide regular performance feedback to leadership.
