Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; leadership experience in investment operations.
• 10+ years in investment management operations, shareholder services or related fields.
• Experience leading regional or multi-location teams and transforming operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC SHS across a geographically diverse team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee APAC Shareholder Services and Client Trading to ensure accurate, timely processing and strong controls.
• Embed risk management, governance, and regulatory adherence into daily operations and strategy.
