Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a seasoned Head of Retail Account Management for ANZ to lead and scale our Retail partnerships across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape the portfolio strategy, build senior-level relationships, and guide a growing team to deliver multi-market growth and exceptional partner experiences.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and Strategy to align priorities and drive sustainable success in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Retail Account Management across Australia and New Zealand.
• Set vision and priorities, translating strategy into execution.
• Build trusted relationships with senior retail partners and drive long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and expand the Retail business.
• Foster ownership, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Coach team members with clarity and accountability for growth.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver strong outcomes for partners, customers, and business.
• Represent partner needs in shaping DoorDash’s ANZ strategy.
